50133 Hernia Assembly with Frame is designed for the extra peritoneal and the trans peritoneal approaches. The vessels include the testicular, external iliac and inferior epigastric arteries and veins, the vas deferens, the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, linea alba, rectus muscle layer, pre peritoneal fat and peritoneum. The peritoneum is designed to be replaced and reused. When resected it can be stitched and replaced if necessary. A replacement peritoneum and some adhesive gel is supplied with each model.

Never before has there been an accurate dynamic model for Nissan Fundoplication. Made from non-biological materials, it presents the structures and spatial problems which are met in this procedure.

Soft flimsy mesentery links the diaphragm, crura, liver, stomach and spleen.

This model is designed to be used in The Body Form. The replaceable tissue (mesentery) is easily attached using the tag gun provided with the Body Form.
